Saint Panteleimon church

What is worth visiting is the church of Saint Panteleimon on the west boundary of the village with magnificent mosaics on its floor.

The representations on the mosaics are of unique art, depict pictures of nature ( flowers, peacocks, wild animals) and belong to an older church in the 6th century, where the present temple was built. The church is usually closed; however, visitors can view and admire them during religious services, when the church is open.
